Cette semaine, comme vous l'avez sans doute aussi vécu, il a fait soudain froid et la température dans la maison est descendue du jour au lendemain à 15°C (l'isolation est à améliorer...)! J'ai donc mis le chauffage en route. Comme c'était la première fois qu'il fonctionnait depuis des mois, depuis l'installation des nouveaux radiateurs et le remontage des anciens, il a fallu que je surveille tous les joints au fur et à mesure que le système se remplissait d'eau pour déceler la moindre fuite. Plic ploc! C'est au grenier que j'ai découvert une fuite. Le fond du vase d'expansion qui n'est plus tout jeune fuyait au niveau d'une soudure... Le lendemain, un deuxième trou s'était créé et la fuite était cette fois-ci plus sérieuse. Le fond du vase d'expansion est en fait complètement pourri de l'intérieur! Maintenant, nous attendons le plombier qui va réparer tout ça au tarif de CHF 100 par heure... Une petite fuite qui va nous coûter l'équivalent d'une semaine de vacances pour deux en pension complète aux Maldives... Bah, c'est pas bien grave, de toute façon, j'aime pas le mélange crème solaire-sable...
This week, as you certainly realized, the weather became suddenly cold and the temperature went down to 15°C in the house. I switched the warming system on. Since it worked for the first time since the old and the 2 new radiators have been (re-)installed, I had to check if there was no leek as the system was filling in with water. Drip drop! I discovered a small leek at the bottom of the expansion tank (Expansionsgefäss) in the attic. The day after, there was another leek, even bigger and more serious. The expansion tank is completly rusty and rotten inside... Now, we are waiting for the plumber who will ask CHF 100 per hour. These two leeks will cost us one week of holidays full-board for two persons on the Maldives... Well, not the end of the world... I don't like the combination of sunscreen cream and sand anyway...



La bonne nouvelle de la semaine, c'est le retour du soleil! C'est exactement ce qu'il fallait au raisin pour qu'il produise suffisamment de sucre... A propos, après ma tentative rosée et ratée de l'année dernière, je vais me lancer dans la production de vin rouge.
