La semaine dernière, j'ai filtré le vin après la première phase de fermentation. Nous en avons profité pour le goûter... Ce n'est pas encore une grande cuvée mais au moins, ce n'est pas encore du vinaigre.
Dommage qu'il fasse si froid; cela n'aide pas la fermentation. Rendez-vous dans trois mois, après la deuxième phase de fermentation...
Last week, I filtered the wine after the first part of the fermentation. We took the opportunity to taste it. Not a great wine yet, but I was pleased that it became not vinegar.
Too bad, it's so cold. It doesn't help the fermentation. Let's see what happens in three months after the second part of the fermentation...
